      Pros

      My colleagues were good and intelligent enough to leave this company as soon as possible. My work table and chair was comfortable.

      Cons

      Very less salary, HRs are very lazy in every aspects, office environment is bad, higher management is bad. For fresher they give 18 months of bond .

      Great coworkers, fair pay, interesting commission model for people working in operations.

      Small departments so the role requires wearing lots of hats sometimes. I like it, but it can be a lot.
