Pros
Fully remote with well-adapted processes (this has changed for some roles but not engineering) Adequate PTO allocation for UK employees Decently friendly culture Whole company runs lean to avoid layoffs Sensible business strategy, likely to still be here in 10 years time
Cons
Admittedly minimal layoffs have been disguised as performance issues in the past "Running lean" seems to apply to salary increases too, so teams tend to lose quality talent to other companies without having enough slack to cover the losses Waterfall methodology disguised as Agile, planning is rushed and then it falls to the engineers to pick up the slack in the implementation
