      Vehicles for Change has an amazing mission. VFC provides a casual environment and room for challenging work in the position. It's generally a fast-pace environment and there is always opportunity to take the lead on a project.

      Cons

      Company culture leaves something to be desired where some staff are not mission-driven. There also tends to be high turnover. There is room for better communication from top-down.

      Cars are repaired by trainee's and oversight is minimal. Have your mechanic check the car before purchase!
