Pros
At Vehikl I worked with tremendous minds, incredible talent, and fantastic mentors. Vehikl was a fun and positive work experience and a job that actually made me excited to go to work in the morning. Team members enjoy perks like company retreats to the Caribbean, conferences, team lunches, snacks, and fantastic competition on the ping pong table. The pay is very competitive and the work is challenging! I was privileged to work on a number of really cool projects that both allowed and forced me to level up my skills.
Cons
The company was growing due to success. And as is common in growth, company communication and messaging was at times challenging. Personalities at times caused drama and made work-life challenging/uncomfortable. Although workplace drama at Vehikl is very low, no workplace is void of it.
