Wish they were better - Senior Software Engineer Veilant Employee Review

Rarely worked with customers, software management was young and inexperienced, too much effort to adhere to new “processes”, a little to focused on cost, middle/top level management can seriously improve, unlimited vacation didn’t work well for me (would prefer earning PTO and benefiting from not taking PTO), would have preferred utilization of all personal experience and qualifications
