Pros
I like working at Velo because there are always new clients signing up, new team members starting, and new processes being refined as a result of the constant growth. When someone wants to suggest an idea for making service better or improving how we handle a certain situation; if it's a good idea - it gets implemented right away. If someone is constantly going the extra mile and willing to take on new responsibility, they get promoted quickly. I also like working someone that has a great office environment. There are great views out of every window, sit/stand desks, fresh fruit and good coffee in the kitchen, and being in downtown, people often walk down to the food trucks at Klyde Warren Park for lunch when the weather is nice.
Cons
Velo is fast paced and keeping up requires you to be on your game. I've seen some team members not work out because they weren't okay with adopting change or they thought they could keep a low profile and just do the minimum work. If you're looking for an easy job - Velo would not be a good fit.
