A great organization with people focus, stable and a big contributor to the community. Benefits and pay are good, working conditions are good.

The downsides are few. Training can be a challenge because the industry is heavily regulated and some of the systems and services are complex.

Hybrid positions, non member facing jobs, great small scale staff.

Member facing jobs are miserable, weak managers with lackluster people skills, slow job progression.
