Making enough to eat cat food, keep the lights on, and pay rent.
Cons
Thieves, liars, drunks. They play the favorites game of elementary school. Tolerate alcohol abuse. Make millions, pay people 1/2 of the fair wage. They tell you that, and promise 2/3 the wage when trained!
