1. They lure freshers with a vague salary range of 3–3.5 LPA, but once you’re trapped in their process, you’ll only see 3–3.25 LPA at best. 2. The company runs on exploitative practices, they confiscate your original documents and force you to sign a ₹2L bond. If you resign before 2 years, you’re forced to pay up, as if the salary they offer justifies such practices. 3. Their office infrastructure is pathetic. A single washroom with one seat — common for both men and women. Completely unprofessional. 4. Food? They deduct 50% of the cost from your already low salary for below-average meals in the name of a “discount.” 5. They’ll demand relocation near the office, as if they’re paying 6–8 LPA, and then force you to commute daily. 6. Work-life balance is a joke. Expect 12–15 hour days, from 8–9 AM until late at night (even 11 PM). 7. Weekends aren’t safe either — they’ll call you to work without paying a single rupee extra. 8. Their so-called “training program” is worthless. Freshers are expected to deliver as though they have years of experience. 9. The co-founder himself creates a toxic culture. Always furious, never respectful, constantly breathing down your neck for updates. I was told to literally switch off my phone in the office, simply because he saw me check it once or twice. The arrogance and lack of basic respect from leadership trickle down into the entire organization, making it a suffocating place to work. Verdict: This company drained my mental health and pushed me toward depression. Please save yourself from this toxic environment — no job is worth this.
