5yWe are disappointed in this review and would like to address the many factual inaccuracies on display here. Velocity Transport does not transition accounts into house accounts. In fact, we encourage our employees to treat their desk as their own small business; our culture is built on that level of autonomy.
We do ask for reviews in order to monitor team satisfaction, but we do not request positive employee reviews and do not incentivize them. It is also not in our best interest ethically, culturally, or financially to terminate employees without first pursuing alternative solutions. We offer performance counseling, weekly check-ins, and have an open-door policy so any team member can discuss any concerns with our leadership team.
Outside of performance, team members are terminated most often for not living up Velocity core values, not treating customers and teammates with respect, and/or refusing to follow company processes. We kindly request this review be deleted or amended to reflect the truth.
