Pros
Excellent Sales Training Program. My managers really care about my success. Welcoming, respectful and friendly atmosphere. Coolest office I’ve ever seen. Largest Private Roofdeck in Chicago. Good starting salary but great money for those who earn it. Excellent products and VelocityEHS is well known by customers as the Industry Leader. Center of Chicago is a super easy commute. Good benefit package.
Cons
My career path isn’t clear. It’s hard to think about career changes within the company because if you do well in sales you make too much money to switch to other departments and the career path is limited to sales. Even switching to sales management may not earn you more money.
