Pros
-Amazing incentives. Regular and of the bonus variety. -Training is in depth and prepares you thoroughly for the job. -Competitive environment, is certainly a pro, if you are competitive. If you aren't, you probably shouldn't be in sales anyways. -Constant support from not only your team members, but immediate management is looking out for you and your success. Even the higher ups are part of your every day. Everyone is rooting for your success and will help you here. -Which brings me to the culture. Phenomenal. Very relaxed office space in terms of dress code, and flexible hours. Incredible PTO and benefits right off the bat. -Clear expectations of what is wanted out of you, and a clear career advancement path is laid out practically on day 1, giving realistic expectations of where you can go in the company.
Cons
Day to day is repetitive. But the incentives to do well are so ridiculous, that it makes the repetition into something of a challenge. If you have the mind to make it so.
