Salary - Associate Developer Venerate Solutions Employee Review

I applied via an agency. The process took two weeks. I interviewed at Venerate Solutions. First, there was one screening call with HR and then the next two rounds with the technical interview with the manager. The interview process was fairly simple. HR was in touch with you through the process where you instantly feel welcomed in and smooth every step of the way. The hiring manager panel wasn’t intimidating but seemed eager to get to know you on a personal level rather than just typical resume and industry-related questions. Pros: 1. Very good culture, you will be getting encouragement from seniors to learn. 2. I got out of it what I put into it. Management and Leadership were always clear and precise with me, as well as open in their communication. The work was as fun and challenging as I wanted it to be. I learned a lot about myself and like to think grew a lot while there. 3. Team leaders are supportive, ready to help even in odd hours. 4. Good work-life balance, we do work if there is any critical deployment but yes we do get comp offs for that but are never forced to do it which is good. 5. Good health insurance policy and yearly leaves. 6. Open door policy, one can just go and talk about concerns if any and our CTO also takes interests and guides in our career path. I would recommend this company to my friends and people.
