      Pros

      My clients and coworkers are the absolute best. I have a great time at work, and I really do love the work I do. I have a lot of flexibility with the hours I work as well.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible compared to other CSM roles, The benefits are as well. It is a start-up company but it is painful. There is a LOT of nepotism in this company. I have a lot of energy, focus, and drive. It is wasted because the manager doesn't like to share the spotlight.

      Great culture and work environment. Doing some really cool things to develop products in the TPRM Space

      Cons

      Acquired in 2024. Culture clashes between companies. Many people not willing to get on board with ideas that werent their own.
