The Company does not have the fleet size it alludes. The company is quoted as having a funded feet size of over 12K in the Fleet News FN50. This is inorrect - the actual funded fleet is closer to 3K. As a previous reviewer has stated, the board also paid themselves a bonus in a year when target wasn't met & no one else in the company received one. They also terminated a number of employees contracts in 2018 before they reached two years service - these employees refused to sign a contract extending their notice period from 1 month to 2 months - there was no advance consultation on this contract change. If they want to lose an employee, they will make their position redundant, lose the employee & then recreate the role at a later date with a revised title. They lost circa 1/3 of their head-office staff in 2018 and have also lost many clients over the last few years - reducing their fleet size significantly.
