They promote the wrong people, fire the good ones, and panic every year. They shoot themselves in the foot. A lot. Needs MAJOR changes from the top down. They stagnate their most dedicated, and stifle the most creative minds there. Could be good company but are their own worst enemy. Careers die here. They punish you for trying to elevate yourself if you're not a nepo hire.
