a. Terrible culture of misrepresentation of facts. b. You can be sided by a lobby of favorites who work together. c. You might bring HUNDRED facts claimed by stats but strong lobby who constantly pull you down because you are not a favorite. d. Very rude HR, only provides typical gifts or souvenirs so that they can be tagged for social media presence. e. Get a godfather to protect you, or it's like a prison where you will be abused. f. High turnover rate just because of mafia culture. g. leadership sleeps and rests on opinion of certain people only. and top management is all males, what a shame!
