Pros
Many of the people working for the company are truly dedicated, passionate and hard working.
Cons
Toxic from the top. You're essentially thrown in with little to no guidance and although they say it's not expected, you end up working tirelessly into the evening to attempt to catch up on the workload that's thrown at you.
The pay is not great for the amount of hours you put in and you very seldomly hear any thanks for what was accomplished.
There is zero structure or reference guides to follow when you are attempting to solve a problem and when you do ask questions, you are made to feel small and belittled.
The problem really is from the top, the President of the company who leads with fear rather than empathy.
