Constant changing of company vision due to various buyouts that lead to many projects seem like a waste of time.

Venyu's IT staff, with a few exceptions, have an exceptional amount of heart, passion, drive and tenacity. Without much leadership, they put forth a herculean effort to satisfy Venyu clients needs.

Venyu leadership does not have any strategic or visionary talent. The company is lead at the top by an activist manager who has set himself apart as the only decision maker. No other leadership is fully empowered to push initiatives into the company. Not to imply that most of them could if they were.
