Pros

- First Two Weeks at Texas for training

Cons

- You pay for your own gas the first 40 miles - You pay for your own car window tint - You will be punished for driving safe - You will be punished if you don't meet video quota despite no activity present - You will get your schedule the night before your shift - No personal life plans due to the job - You lose money just working this job - You will not be compensated for vehicle maintenance - You will not be paid for the drive to and from the claimant's site - 4 hour work day if no car and no activity, 6 hour work day if car but no activity, 8 hour work day if activity of claimant present. <4 hour work day if claimant suddenly drives off crazy in the morning and you choose not to put yourself in danger.

Pros

Per diem if out of town is $59 a day. They pay for all training and issue equipment.

Cons

They are more worried about video rate and saving money. They honestly don’t care about investigators or low-level managers. Still taking 1/2 an hour and 30 miles off each end of travel to and from a case. Upper management will gaslight you, then fire you for speaking up for your investigators. The same upper level mangers that have been there for 15+ years are the problem with this company. They want to let great folks go, to save money, instead of cutting costs elsewhere. They ask for input but then ignore what you have to say. If you have an idea, they will tell you it’s dumb, then literally change things to that model 3-5 years later. Working for them will take years off of your life!
