Lord of the flies - Graphic Designer Verb Ventures Employee Review

Management was unprofessional and rude, the nice employees who made it survivable weren't appreciated so they moved on, there were various moments that required HR (nonexistent), and for those graphic designers who would understand, there were many times an entire logo and business system would be demanded within a half hour, from scratch. Management would refuse to speak with clients once we got their money, patching them through an endless voicemail cycle. Clients were always suing. It was sketchy to say the least. Turnaround rate of new hires was pretty exciting.
