Pros
You will gain valuable insights into the Medicare business and the health plan industry.
Cons
Don't trust any good reviews on here. The CEO & COO asked their current employees to give them 4 & 5-star reviews. The workflow is a lot during the AEP Medicare season. The CEO and COO are the most unprofessional and unethical people that you have ever worked with. The CEO likes to paint a picture of success with many empty promises and talk down to you in front of everyone daily. He likes to talk a lot of nonsense with his unrealistic picture. The COO is a sneaky person. She likes to do things in her own way without CEO approval. She would make new hires feel like kings on the hill in the 1st month, with many essential tasks, but overall, she wanted new hires to spy on existing employees, and the cycle would go on and on. The biggest challenge is dealing with the CEO and the COO, because both like to run things their own way. This is not a place for a new hire to learn, Upper management likes to do things its own way and disrupt its own chain-of-command policy. The company is lacking systems and tools to improve work efficiency. You will be abused mentally and physically. It is tough in this economy, but this job will ruin your professional and personal life.
