-Scientifically-driven and rigorous. These are some of the smartest people I've ever worked with, without the ego/condescension that other scientists I've worked with have had. -Fun and collaborative workplace culture. Everyone gets along well. The computational and experimental teams work together often and productively. -Employee feedback is consistently solicited and acted on. -The company takes their values very seriously and only looks for people that embody them. -Very transparent workplace - everything is on our Google Drive / LabGuru so can see what is going on in every aspect of the company. -Opportunities for professional advancement. Attending conferences and taking on more than your job scope is encouraged. Also, I like having free lunch with everyone as a team every day. :)

-Current conference rooms don't have the best air conditioning systems - will be fixed once we move. -The computational/ in vitro / in vivo teams are in different locations due to the availability of lab space and we only come all together once a week. I'd love to hang out with all the teams together more. Again, this will be fixed when we all move to Genesis in SSF in January 2019.
