They will take weeks to get back to you, if they get back to you. -I’ve personally witnessed upper management attempt to turn down promotion offers that came with relocation because they didn’t want to lose the best sellers in their district, or get let go because of borderline illegal practices. -if you are somehow unable to work due to unforeseen life event, they only check in to harass about when you’re supposed to be back to work but otherwise treat you like you’re already out the door and they don’t want you back
