We appreciate you highlighting some of the perks available to all VergeSensians including unlimited PTO and planned offsites throughout the year. It's important to us that we treat all teammates as professionals, support work/life balance, and are creating meaningful opportunities to bring our globally distributed teams closer together to collaborate, foster stronger connections with one another, and have fun. We recognize from your review that we have let you down in other aspects and we take ownership in that - we can always improve and feedback like this drives us to do so. We wish you would have shared your experience with us either through our anonymous speak up channel or even directly to the HR team so we could have addressed this head on while you were still at VergeSense.
