Horrible place to work! The worst! - Anonymous employee Vergent Employee Review

Management is clueless and turns a deaf ear to everything. No processes for anything. Priorities change like the wind, daily. No concept of doing Agile correctly. They get rid of employees with tenure on a whim. Employees leave left and right and instead of hiring replacements, they expect the other employees to try and juggle 2 or 3 roles. No raise or recognition for promotions. No HR department! No reviews or any feedback at all for employees. No training whatsoever. Don't expect to hold an executive position if you are female or of color. It's not going to happen. They allow some employees to do whatever they want but hold only certain ones accountable. COMPLETELY TOXIC!
