Not much, except the low-level employees are typically nice.
Cons
Terrible executive management that always tears down and never praises, significantly lower pay than average for the positions, and ridiculous expectations from a small company that "wants to be like Google," while providing none of the benefits, pay, or simply decent human behavior that any modern company has.
