Verily is an exciting place with lots happening, and significant potential. Pay and benefits are outstanding, and the caliber of employees is unmatched.
Cons
Verily is early stage in many ways, but with some of the complexities and red tape of a big company. With some time and investment in org design, I am confident it will fulfill its potential.
