Great work-life balance, all the employees are very nice and easy to get along with, nice office building and location
Cons
Incredible amount of turnover, the direction the company is headed makes me think that the company won’t be around in a few years. Salary is very low relative to comps, very little room for salary growth (3% cost of living adj is viewed as a “good raise”)
