Pros
Everyone here is genuinely nice and fun to work with. Your coworkers actually care about you and honestly I looked forward to working every day. I think the company does a good job of selecting and training management/leadership. It’s also fully remote which is also a huge plus. The company respects its workforce, tries its best to maintain a solid WLB (varies though), and is reasonably invested in your success.
Cons
Low compensation and subpar career progression are the two main things. In exchange for fully remote and good working culture, you do take a pay cut here. Great for some people, not so much for others. Furthermore. if you want to progress in your career and have the opportunity to manage others, then those roles are sparse here. I personally left because of compensation and career progression related reasons. I felt like I wasn’t learning as much here as I could elsewhere.
