The majority of senior/lead employees are overallocated in their timesheets but nothing has been done to alleviate the issue after it's been raised and escalated on multiple occasions, resulting in a lot of regular unpaid overtime and then burnout, with no promise of promotion or a payrise when working above the job description. Sexism also encountered with a manager and HR did nothing when it was raised. Large push on profits and growth from Leadership but not on employee welfare and retention. A blame culture and lack of trust also doesn't help - this very much goes against the "Truth & Excellence" ethos and doesn't set the example for a consultancy that specialises in HR processes and systems.
