      Pros

      Tremendous capability within the portfolio (i.e. software defined storage through the InfoScale product line for over 20 years) and tremendous people in a cultivating culture. #1 Market leading products (NetBackup, VCS, Clearwell, etc.).

      Cons

      The spin off is creating uncertainty and doubt with the ranks. Some of the messages coming down from the new management is mixed and vague.
