Pros
Some incredible talent is at Veritas! Good, solid people who have a high degree of integrity. Many are collaborative and diplomatic, and value partnership. Good pay and benefits, flexible work hours-- as long as you deliver, you manage your own schedule. Work on values and culture is developing, which should give people something to rally behind.
Cons
"Silo-ed" behavior, even though many departments are relatively small so there's not much excuse. This creates internal confusion, "rogue" behavior, and worse is the direct competition. Some teams are quite political and cliquey-- and it can be seen on all levels including leadership. Strategy has changed quite a bit which also creates a high degree of churn.
