Pros
Work with great people (co-workers) Managers and perhaps one level up are great people to work for. Lots and lots of technical stuff to learn, every single day.
Cons
Upper levels (think C level) keep bailing or seem directionless. Appears that a "get rich quick" scheme did not work, now we all pay by layoff after layoff.
