8yWe are disappointed that you did not have a good experience. Veritiv, as you know, is a result of a merger of two legacy companies with very different cultures.
The integration has been challenging to not only merge operating and warehouse management systems but to create a new, dynamic culture that looks toward future growth. Those changes have employees in mind; for example, the new CIP program (Continuous Improvement Program) looks toward employees for innovations and has not only generated about 3,000 new ideas but led to more than 1,200 being implemented.
