      Pros

      Good schedule. Get weekends off. Get to work from home once a month.

      Cons

      Not great benefits or flexible with time off. The training isn't consistent depending on who you ask within the company. The work load is unfair within the company as some people do too much work with others little.

      Pros

      Incredible benefit options and immediate vesting of 401k contributions. Company is very stable and has no true competitors. Great people and office with a fun culture. Huge opportunity to make an impact.

      Cons

      Internal systems have been seriously neglected and were not a priority for many years. Therefore, for new IT teams, the scope of work is very large, but salaries and total comp are on the low end of industry averages.
