      Pros

      I can honestly not think of any... we are over priced and bring no added value over our competition.

      Cons

      Extremely expensive medical benefits, no room for growth, no support at the satellite office level by corporate. I have never experienced an organization who has so little value and appreciation of their employees than Veritiv.

      Pros

      Incredible benefit options and immediate vesting of 401k contributions. Company is very stable and has no true competitors. Great people and office with a fun culture. Huge opportunity to make an impact.

      Cons

      Internal systems have been seriously neglected and were not a priority for many years. Therefore, for new IT teams, the scope of work is very large, but salaries and total comp are on the low end of industry averages.
