Manchester office in a central location

I don't feel that the company are as supportive if you are a working parent. Whilst there is the option of flexibility due to covid this is sadly becoming less and less and more of an office presence is required. Reluctant to assist with changes to assist with work/life balance and to manage childcare/family life. Pension is quite poor compared to competitors Maternity package poor

Thanks for taking the time to add a review. We work on a hybrid basis across all offices and have many people working flexible hours to support their personal circumstances, including working parents. We conduct surveys and encourage people to come and talk to their managers and/or HR should they need support with flexible working and are very supportive of this to encourage a positive work life balance.

Got TUPE'd in and the level of care and consideration was zero. Moved to antiquated computer systems, expected to follow unrelated training for a job I wasn't actually doing but they were unable to make allowances for the differences in job expectations. Didn't even follow through with the welcome incentives.
