      -Engineers allowed to grow their strengths, work on their weaknesses in a positive manner, and become cross-functional assets across many areas -Proactive and ambitious attitude will get you where you want to go in your career -Fulfilling work -Flexibility -Accepting, friendly environment

      Cons

      -Pay is average to slightly below average for industry. You can always go somewhere else and get paid more (though you likely won't be as happy elsewhere)
