      Good benefits. Friendly coworkers. Good doctors.

      Cons

      Improper training. False accusations made with no proof. Staff in business office make mistakes with your paycheck, then blame you. No loyalty to employees. Will fire with no warning for made up incidents rather than counsel and give direction on how to improve. All around bad management.
