      Good culture, ability to make an impact, a lot of room for growth and expressing ideas, a possibility to be a part of a new paradigm in the way people travel

      The usual startup cons - a bit of chaos, could have but more structure, but it seems to be improving daily

      Pros

      Great place to work if you want to work with modern technologies. Meaningful work as company is pioneering in providing autonomous driving taxi services (impact on urban mobility).

      Cons

      No hybrid or remote work is available by default (3 days in month you are allowed to work from home). This was a dealbreaker why I joined another company.
