      Pros

      The Executive Management team cares about their employees and wants to help them succeed. Internal processes are also sound.

      Cons

      At one time, they did not hold middle management accountable enough to ensure they were supporting staff appropriately. I believe this issue was resolved... You live, and you learn.

      High cost for health coverage Pay scale does not quite match workload Minimal COL salary increases, no performance based bonuses High turnover for install and service technicians
