I worked at Verrus for four and a half years, and it’s been an incredible journey both professionally and personally. When I joined, I had no prior recruitment experience. Thanks to the supportive environment, I was able to develop my skills from the ground up and ultimately progress into a successful consultant role. What stands out most about Verrus is the senior management team. Cons
Career growth into management roles can be a bit challenging, as progression at the upper levels is fairly limited. The commission structure, while workable, isn’t the strongest in the industry and could be more competitive. Additionally, email deliverability was sometimes an issue, which made outreach and day-to-day workflow more difficult than it needed to be.
