Stay away!!! - FOH Manager Versante Hotel Employee Review

Didn’t get an official employment letter or contract throughout the duration of employment. Was promoted through a verbal communication and never got a letter confirming the promotion. First payment was late by 2 weeks. Some random people came and asserted in their roles as consultants who then fired people via phone calls. No letters. No emails. No written trail of anything. Had to chase my second payment for days after being laid off. People who were taking charge during working hours started avoiding responsibility for delayed payments and pushing it onto others.
