Strong brand but toxic management and unfulfilled promises - Branch Sales Manager Versuni Employee Review

My overall experience working at Versuni Home Solutions India was disappointing. The management made promises regarding incentives and career growth that were never fulfilled. Despite successfully turning around some of the worst-performing branches in the West region into one of the best-performing regions, I received neither the incentives I had earned nor any meaningful recognition or promotion. Another major challenge was leadership. My last reporting manager, Mr. Amit Rehlon, created a toxic work environment. Similar concerns were raised by several employees in the West region, yet no effective action was taken by HR or senior management. The sales organization also faces significant challenges, including high attrition and persistent channel conflicts caused by aggressive online and modern trade pricing, which makes it difficult for the general trade sales team to succeed. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend joining the company until these issues are addressed.
