I have been working at the Austin office for 4 months now. It is my first job post-graduation and I couldn't be happier with where I landed; the team is all incredibly intelligent and supportive, and nobody micro-manages your work. As long as you take care of business, there is no question of how you spend your time or reaching meaningless outbound volume metric goal. The pay is good, the commission is great, and the benefits are phenomenal. It's really exciting to come to work everyday while our growth is exploding and every-week something new is going on. Unparalleled positivity and transparency starts at the top, and I never feel like just another cog-in-the-machine but rather an employee that matters and who is cared for. Even as the youngest and most inexperienced person in this company, my input is welcomed at internal meetings, and I constantly feel encouraged to participate and ask questions. Our team in Austin is fairly small ~ 10 people, so everyone gets to know each other pretty quickly and intimately - team lunches and outings are quite common (although participation not required). I can't believe I've already been working here for four months; time has absolutely flown by. I honestly can't recommend working here enough; its been the opportunity of a lifetime to begin my career here.

Sometimes our growth rate can be overwhelming, and the finicky nature of sales can definitely present its ups-and-downs, especially when it comes to cutting-edge technologies.
