Company is an H1B visa portal importing the maximum number of Indians (India) that are possible in a year. Be careful of believing the pro recommendations on this site as they were solicited by the company owners from all of the employees, of which I was included. If you are an American citizen working in the tech areas, you have a lifespan of 3 to 4 years max before you are replaced by a foreign national.
