      Pros

      Great work-life balance, M-F 9-5 PM, not expected to work more than that. Everyone is professional, and there is basically no drama. The work is varied, and management seems to care about your career development. Work is fully remote. FTA is nice.

      Cons

      Occasionally have to do on-call rotation during holiday periods, but usually events don't happen during rotation. Some dated ceremonies like annual performance reviews. A bit hard to move up in the company.

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
