If I could score zero I would - Consultant Vertex Solutions Employee Review

I am always disappointed to see ex employee’s who feel in some way let down by the business and we take comments on Glassdoor very seriously. To address the specific criticisms: Firstly, as to bonus and basic salary. Vertex pays a basic salary and you ALWAYS get your basic – it is never taken away from you. The comment here is completely false. Our “up to” 40% commission scheme depends on your billings and billing consistency. We are very transparent with all staff and interviewee’s and provide a full breakdown of how the scheme works along with a clear FAQ section. This is available on demand to anyone who is interested in working for us (just drop us a line). Any claim of “not understanding” how it works should again be taken with a pinch of salt – I am afraid, as within all recruitment firms, if there are zero results, there will be zero bonus. Vertex advertising is never “cut and paste”, again a false claim. Part of our service is to advertise on behalf of our extensive and high-profile client base, which is where the adverts that you see on our corporate website come from. Staff well-being is absolutely of primary importance to not only me but to the whole of the Vertex management team.
