Pros

Enjoyed my Manager. easy going and pleasant. Sometimes is was tough to reach him.

Cons

Lack of communication from the very start. Hiring process took much longer than the company relayed. I felt like I had to chase the Hiring Regional Manager. After several weeks I finally received communication on the next step. Now that I have been with company in the womens healthcare, it is disappointing with what they require that was not discussed during interview. My territory does not make sense that I have to travel 3 hours for one account that is the largest, I am hoping they will eventually have a new or current rep who is closer cover the one account. I ended up finding a new job.

Pros

I can’t think of any aside from the fact that Lorzone is a good product but is going generic.

Cons

Horrible upper level management team. The company is run by HR. Upper level management has zero clue what they’re doing and no pharmaceutical sales experience. The company is unethical and creates unrealistic sales goals. When the reps can’t meet these goals, they put them all on performance plans. The company complicates everything and at times does everything in their power to keep reps out of the field. They give their reps zero budget. Working for them was not a good experience. There’s no product pipeline, and the company isn’t performing. Come here if you want to complicate your life! The salary is also not great at all. I’d recommend RUNNING!
